Hello Rodica,

"Empty space on toolbar"
Which screen resolution are you using? Sometimes the ad/ID part does not display on a low screen resolution.

Something to try: Click on the little black triangle beside the [ftb] logo on your toolbar. Click on [Shrink Toolbar]. You can also go to [Toolbar Options], then the predefined components tab. Uncheck [Highlighter] and click [Ok]. This may give you more room for the ad/ID part to show.

"Credit stats"
Log into your Free Traffic Bar account then go to [Advertise] and click on [My Ads]. You should see the number of credits you have in your account beside [Credits to Assign:] or next to your ads under the [Credits] column.

"the money"
I'm not sure what you mean. You can find your commissions by going to [Earn Money] then by clicking on [My Commissions].

i have the empty space to...i have just join on this site ..and i have install the traffic bar..i wait ..maybe tomorow will be something there ..btw wher i can see the stat of my account ..the credits...the money i have find it )

Hello Ian,

In FireFox, under [Tools] then [Options], have a look at these settings:
1. [Security] then [Exceptions] - make sure freetrafficbar.com is in your allow list.
2. [Privacy] then click on [Exceptions] under cookies, add freetrafficbar.com then click allow.

If the settings don't help, try these steps:
3. Temporarily disable any extra Firefox Add-ons/Extensions you might have installed. Click on [Tools] then [Add-Ons], Go to the Extensions tab and disable all the extensions. Try installing the Toolbar then turn on the Extensions one by one to see which one affects the Toolbar.
4. If this doesn't solve it, try turning off all anti-virus and spyware protection temporarily and then installing the toolbar. Don't forget to turn your protection back on afterwards.

You can also try updating firefox to the latest version at http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/

I have FireFox 2.0.0.18 installed with the latest FTB.

Everything was working well until a 24 - 48 hours ago, this is when the adds stopped showing. I have reinstalled the FTB but now it does not show in the Tool bar. According the the list under the View button, FTB is installed and activated but the area that normally shows FTB is blank.

Anyone have any ideas?
